Background[]
Kolanna became one of Hilda's earliest followers after rescuing Hilda from the burning wreckage of her airship. In exchange for the hospitality of the tribe, Hilda taught them how to craft guns and bullets from the reagents of the frozen wastes. From those early training sessions, Kolanna has developed a whole legion of grenadiers who protect the tribe from the Kingsguard and Vulfs that harass them. The Koleye Grenadiers build their fearsome cannons from the thick branches of the Kolbara tree. Their mastery of the alchemical magicks of the wastes is second to none, and their defense of their homeland against invading forces is formidable.
Characteristics[]
Barbarian Grenadiers are neutral enemies that are always found spawned alongside a Barbarian Scout and sometimes Vulfs wearing red collars. Attacking a Barbarian Grenadier will make them become hostile to the player, and any allies that spawned with the Barbarian Grenadier will also become alerted.
Barbarian Grenadiers are naturally aggressive to all Cult of Cobalt members, Kingsguard, Royal Vulf and General Magna.
Attacks[]
- Force Mortar
Barbarian Grenadiers will shoot a force mortar at the player that deals 212 Slam Damage on hit and inflicts some knockback. If this attack hits any ice walls summoned by the Barbarian Grenadier it will shatter them and create ice shards that fly out in all directions. Each shard deals 50 Cold Damage and inflicts the Chill Debuff.
- 5 Frost Bullet
Players that stand in close proximity to the Barbarian Grenadier will provoke them to shoot the player with a shotgun attack, firing 5 Cold Bullet that deal only 14 damage each, but inflict lots of Chill and lots more Wet.

- Summon Ice Walls
Barbarian Grenadiers occasionally shoot three Ice Wall Bullet that summon an ice wall upon landing. This can block player's bullets, but also Barbarian Grenadiers can shoot them with their Force Mortar to break them, creating numerous shards that can hit players.

Strategy[]
- Barbarian Grenadier always spawn alongside a Barbarian Scout and sometimes one or two Vulf, so players are almost always guaranteed to end up fighting a group unless the Barbarian Grenadier wanders far away enough from their allies to not alert them.
- Barbarian Grenadier damage can be reduced by putting on the Reduce Cold Damage and Reduce Force Impact Enchantment.
Notes[]
Barbarian Grenadiers can be chatted to by players and only speak in godstongue, unlike the Fell Uncle though, their speech can actually be translated into legible sentences.
