Used pieces of cobalt metal. Can be smelted in a furnace in order to obtain cobalt ingot.

- Obtainable by breaking weapon scraps, snow piles, and large chunks of cobalt in the Frozen Wastes.
- Can also be rarely found by breaking ice spikes in the Frozen Wastes.
- Found as loot in chests in the Frozen Wastes.
